Q. What resolution camera will I need to produce a good canvas wrap?

A. Any camera from 3 megapixel upwards will be ideal.

Q. Will the canvas look exactly like my original photograph?

A. Because the printing processes are very different a canvas will not match exactly but will be close.

Q. How will I know if my image will be cropped when the canvas is wrapped 'round the frame?

A. Approximately 20mm of image on all sides is taken up wrapping the edges and to the back.

Q. How deep is the frame the canvases are mounted on?

A. The frame is 30mm deep. The layers of canvas adds an extra couple of mm to the total depth.

Q. How long does it take before I receive my finished canvas?

A. Our service time is usually 5 working days. In some cases we may be able to do this earlier.

Q. What handling precautions do you recommend with Canvas Wraps?

A. Like any piece of Art take care not to rub the surface or edges. This could damage the print.

Q. What special care should I give my canvas once it is hung?

A. Keep it out of direct sunlight and don't let it get wet. Dust with a dry cloth or feather duster only.

Q. Are the canvases supplied with hooks and hanging accessories?

A. The canvases come with the frame only. These accessories are available from hardware stores.
